Terms of Service

By accessing or using Shauri AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Shauri AI provides AI-powered tools for interior design, 3D virtual tours, site analysis, sketch analysis, virtual meetings, and educational courses through Shauri Academy.

AI-generated results are produced by third-party machine-learning models. They are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it professionally.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Authentication is provided by Clerk; Shauri AI does not store passwords.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shauriai.net if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features consume credits. Credits and plans are purchased through Paystack (cards) and related payment methods. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change from time to time.

Once a payment is completed, credits are added to your account. Payment-related refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law — contact support@shauriai.net with your payment reference if you believe a charge was incorrect.

You retain ownership of the images, tours, and designs you upload. By uploading content to a public area of the Service (such as the Explore gallery or Portfolio), you grant Shauri AI a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it within the Service.

You confirm that you own or have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to: misuse or overload the Service; attempt to access other users’ accounts or data; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; reverse-engineer the Service; or use the Service to violate any law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that compromise the safety of the platform.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Clerk, Paystack, Supabase, Neon, and Google Meet). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shauri AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Design, structural, and environmental decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified professional using the tools.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
